As part of our Talent Programmes, we support our Co-operative in selecting future owners for our 4 Square Ownership Immersion Programme and Trainee Operator Programme. Thatâs no mean feat because the success of these programmes ensures the perpetuity of our Co-op.Â
Thereâs a lot that goes into these selection processes, and thatâs where you might come in! A need for apart time Administrator (15-20 p/w)has cropped up to support bringing these programmes to life!Â
About the roleÂ
Youâll support the Ownership Talent Partner with the admin needed to stand up multiple selection and assessment centres throughout the year. It goes without saying that you are the type who is up for a challenge because whilst most of the work follows a regular rhythm there will be days with curve balls.  The main duties of this important role will include;Â
Organising timetables, schedules and setting up interviews
Photocopying and collating interview packs
General admin for workshops ie catering, room and facilitator bookings, travel

Youâll love a good spreadsheet, have an eye for detail and be the master of all list makers! With multiple selection programmes on at any one time your organisational skills and ability to get s**t done will be second to none! Â
Youâll need to have impeccable attention to detail and a natural ability for prioritising work. Ideally you will have worked in an administrative role before.Â
