About the position

We are introducing a brand-new role to the business – Inventory Coordinator. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our inventory levels to ensure our products are adequately stocked and readily available for our customers (beauty clinics in New Zealand, and distributors in Australia, UK and US).

Key duties will include: 

• fulfilling all our domestic and international orders

• tracking inventory movements and conducting regular stock audits to forecast and plan inventory needs

• monitor stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts

• implement efficient inventory control procedures

• work closely with suppliers to manage orders and deliveries

• implementing and maintaining inventory management software to keep precise records of all transactions.

About you 

We are relying on you to be the expert, so we are looking for someone who will come armed with inventory management experience. 

Attention to detail goes without saying, as do strong communication skills.

You will have excellent analytical skills to help you identify trends and make informed decisions about inventory needs.

You need to be a self-starter, capable of taking ownership of the role and making it your own.
