The Diversity Agenda is an award-winning diversity and inclusion programme delivered in partnership by Te Ao Rangahau Engineering New Zealand, the Association of Consulting and Engineering New Zealand and Te Kāhui Whaihanga New Zealand Institute of Architects (the partnering organisations).

Our goal is to help helping engineering and architecture firms become more diverse and inclusive through awareness, empowerment and action.

To support this important mahi, we are looking for a Communications and Engagement Lead on a 12 month fixed-term contract to work with our Programme Director and industry steering group to achieve the goals in our 2025 strategy.
